Terms of service

By ordering through this portal you agree to following:

• The wholesale account verified and is in good standing with Lavada Wine Shop
• All proper Licensing on the Federal and State level is valid
• You are personally authorized to order on behalf of the approved account
  

If at any point, any of these three are in question, we reserve the right to further inquire to ensure the order has been placed in good faith. We also reserve the right cancel any order. 

Payment for orders must be presented via check, cash or money order at the time of delivery. Any check must match the business, no personal checks will be accepted. Checks must be made out for the date of delivery, no post-dated checks will be accepted. An EFT payment will also be accepted within 24 hours of delivery. Please reach out to Lavada management to arrange any EFT payment. 

In the case a check is returned for insufficient funds. We reserve the right to charge $35 per returned check. If the account has 2 (two) instances of a returned check/insufficient funds, we reserve the right to terminate the account.
